It should be 1x1 - the other bits will appear if it's in a 1x4 space - can do a residential one but will have to have a look at it tomorrow.

Could you help me to create a growable with this model then? I really like this it's like the Fallout sheds, would be wonderful to see this popping around by itself.

It's a prop - to be used when making assets yourself. Most of my stuff is props as I decided there just weren't enough useful generic props out there.
