This mod is great and interesting. The only thing more I can ask for is a gurren lagann civ one day.

It does work, but you get the science bonus as an hidden building, so you can't directly see it, it's part of the science from buildings stat. However you can see that it's there; as it is calculated at the beginning of every turn, so build a new city on coast, look at the Science output and go to the next turn. You will see it increase. I will try to figure out any way to make it more visible.

I don't think the that this civilizations main ability actually works at the moment. I like the concept behind it though. It pushes you to build a civ on the coast instead of the usual land grab.

Okay, so alot of anime mods for Civ V do seem somewhat pornographic, but this takes it to a whole new level O.O
