have you thought of expanding this idea into making three levels of a commercial or office skyscraper wherein the first two levels would be under construction?

This is an awesome idea! We definitely need more of these. Not even necessarily highrises either. I'd love to have a few construction sites in my cities to make it feel a bit more alive. Like there's progress going on.

I wonder if you could add add this as say a level 4 building, and then make a completed version that's level 5? I know it might build as a different building but it would look super cool if it worked :D

Yes im planning to add cranes etc soon, also wanna see how far the polycount can go. Thank you guys very much for the feedback! The elevator thing in the center of the building wasnt planned but youre right - it would look better :)

In the video he posted he says that cranes, service elevators, and other eye candy are coming soon, this was just a test to see if it was a good idea to make. and it is a great idea, I cant wait for the finnished product.

looks quite nice, but i wouldn't put it in my city because it lacks crane's, building materiels on the ground and there is no central lift/staircase. all and all just lack of realism. maybe i can find some crane's on the workshop and build my own construction site

Looks very nice, but unfortunately it's a bit barren: imagine it with some additional props (portacabins, tools, vehicles, stacks of rebar, concrete mixers, stuff like that) on the ground and a large tower crane.
Nonetheless thank you very your hard work!
