Good alternative, but I thik someone should do a McDowells instead, like the one from Coming to America. Now that would be great to have in my city.

I believe deleting them is the only option you've got; don't think there is a way to lower the amount of popping up shops on specific models; at least I don't know of one.

With this mod you can lock a buildings/districts level
When you select a building and lock its level it won't upgrade and the building will stay forerver if you make sure it doesnt burn out or become empty....
So when a Mc Ronalds pops up on a nice spot, just lock the level and it will stay there and dont upgrade... :)

Whenever I see a self-important leech (often with nothing to show for themselves) who's destructive actions could result in demotivating somebody from doing something creative or various types of good deeds, I can't help but call them out on it.
