Thing is, I wanted Hiccup to look completely and utterly shocked, like, say, this: https://saitonexus.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/holy-buck.png
Which brings me to my main point; BETTER FACEPOSING PLZ!!!!!!!
btw, I love this model!
Also, do you know good websites where I can port halo gmod models [besides Garrysmod.org(?) ] into SFM? I really want to get my hands on the Scarab that's available but unfortunately gmod has taken to freezing my laptop whenever I try to launch it, so it's hard for me to port the models from the game. Unless it's possible for me to turn the .gma files into SFM-friendly files without opening the game.

you don't have to do it, I'm sure I can mount a Link model over Hiccup's head, and recolor the hair and eyes in GIMP, but, you know, it doesn't hurt to challenge yourself! but as I said, if you're really into it, you might need help from experianced modellers, so you don't overwork yourself! Best of luck in the future, mate!
However, I noticed a few quirks with the model - the eyes are textured, so they can't be moved, (Maybe you could somehow cut out the textured eyes, and insert custom eye models that resemble his eyes? ) and he's not very expressive (Happy, sad, angry...). I'm sure you can team up with someone who's good with this kind of thing to make a more expressive Hiccup! Once again, though, cheers for the work! :3
