Really cool ship, but it still needs an update to properly work. Solar panels dont unfold correctly

I hope the game will allow some time in the future that this ship will work right, i try to project it but i got the same problem as all others before, the solar panels miss from the ship. But anyway it looks awesome, simply a gread work at all, maybe it will work soon this year :)

every time i try to paste the ship the solar panels break in the back then when i open the array the panels dont open up properly and turn opposite directions am i doing something wrong

It can work now. But you need to load in "Invincibility" mode, relock landing gears and untingle panels.

Waiting on a reliable build of the game till this is updated to work. It is a up and down ride with patches.

i saw this in a youtube vidio and it worked fine and looked really cool but when i tried to use it, i dident even touch it and it exploded. i dont know why this happend but pleas look into that because i want to be able to use this solar array.

@Rekhyt This has been broken for some time, until the game finally is in a stable state I will not be fixing old builds. I cannot even enjoy working on current builts atm :(

I have a problem :/ When I spawn this vessel with in creativ, solar panels rotors already turn and destroy all the système of deployement, so I wan't use and discover it :(

When I use this, The solar pannels keep on falling off because the rotors aren't connected..

when ever I paste it in the rotars are never attached

@Cevandri / Enreadri / Ereadri By definition an array is "an arrangement of interrelated objects or items" so it is in fact a solar array. Yes it blooms metaphorically like a flower but I am glad the author didn't call it such. The name Solar Flower sounds a bit silly to me for such a technologically innovative structure, more apt for some trinket I would find at a Hippy Festival rather then a technological innovation that could potentially change the world. Just my humble thoughts.

Wow...really amazing design. I imagine some international energy corp actually "borrowing" this inspiration from you someday to produce real solar arrays in geodesic orbit around the earth. Perhaps it's not to late to patent ;)

Can confirm that rotors seem to be detached when pasting the blueprint, though I think it's because of recent changes that have happened with the rotor blocks, as there have been a number of problems popping up since 1.105
