What a great level!
My son and I had a BLAST playing it.
You did a great job with not only the level design but also the staging at the start where it shows where you are going and who you are fighting.

Your levels are just getting better and better. I love how you're using the little "Panic guy" as a narrative tool warning the dictators now ;-)

As a side note, it was a little frustrating on the first level, I died a few times and having to watch the cinematic over and over. I figured out I could hold the Fire key to speed it up. It's a great tool, but maybe you could incorporate a checkpoint almost immediately at the start that would stop someone who has respawned having to view it all again?
