I wish you the best of luck, map making is definitely fun but can become annoying, been a couple times where I stayed up making a map really late and forgot to hit save before I closed it.

That's a big scene to recreate and will probably require a beefy processor, unfortunately some aspects I tend to limit as I'm running a hex core AMD, definitely no the best processor in the world but it gets the job done, I'm sure you can get it fairly accurate, though I could see a problem with the AI as the hogs tend to like crashing and hitting eachother.

I'm personally going to be expirementing with the new features, if you remember that one scene from Halo Reach with all the warthogs, falcons, mongooses, scorpions, I might try to recreate that in Arma.

Will be updating though I do not know when, I will update more than likely after the new OPTRE update is released as new content seems to be just on the horizon.

Not too sure what's going on there other than wondering if you enabled them all via start up menu and to make sure you have latest versions.
