I have a question because this is my first building I have added. Will this replace the existing building or will both be built randomly?

does it only grow in places with recreational use policy? if not. IMPLEMENT IT!!(google it for help COME ON(( or make it ploppable only when policy active)))

Neat that its growwable, if so... does it randoming spawn when L3 of light commercial zoned?

I am trying to figure out what is causing all of your buildings to appear pink in my game. Like it has a pink layer over all of the textures and they are not loading properly.
