All players, AI or human
Ghantom135 21. sep. 2024 kl. 10:30
Do removal of negative effects only apply for Human player or also include AI players ?
Ms Mommy Memer 3. aug. 2023 kl. 19:41
For those arguing that this makes the game too easy, this is actually great in addition to mods that increase the tech costs, then you can go into that config and customise precisely how long you want each era tech cost to be, without those mods being affected by city scaling which breaks it (binary overflow reasons, extremely high tech costs make it turn into a negative cost, which this mod "fixes" essentially), so research costs can be made static on high costs for every era without breaking this way
Delorean 18. apr. 2022 kl. 14:43
i didn't see anything on ghandi so how did you balance him?
T.N.Tobin 7. apr. 2022 kl. 15:13
this is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. it would make the game too easy. plus if you know how to build an empire you can already found as many cities as you want. take it from a war monger like myself. ALSO you are always limited to how much land there is so the title of this mod is very decieving .
tsteamman 22. nov. 2021 kl. 14:12
it doesnt work..

Janus 28. juli 2020 kl. 10:43
this mod could use some tweaks *cough* a lot of tweaks *cough cough* BUT I love the concept. I find myself having late Autocracy tree levels of happiness in the early eras. It's absurd lol. The Happiness and Unhappiness modifiers needs a huge rebalance so I am glad someone is at least addressing it. :csgo_gg:
Deafspace 15. juli 2020 kl. 11:51
does this work in saga of man?

Mr. Pink 6. okt. 2019 kl. 12:08
With Vox Populi your happiness is 100. It basically breaks the happiness system. Really cheaty.
Shavy 23. aug. 2019 kl. 16:26
You should probably disable illuminati cultural victory if your using this mod or the game will last about 20 seaconds.
DDSOIF 3. aug. 2019 kl. 2:20
Can you help me change the mod so it does not give me the science buff? I feel like im rushing ahead onn science every time i play.
Kingm3 31. juli 2019 kl. 23:16

SkullCrusherTim 9. juni 2018 kl. 11:55
With this active and nothing else the info panel at the top left of the screen is broken.
(Tells you happiness, resources, science etc. etc.)
It just says what it would usually show you then three "?" so for example where happiness would be it just shows
Happiness???
Eventually the map bugs out and breaks too like there's a missing texture.
Any thoughts?
Cringe Isekai Enjoyer 1. juni 2018 kl. 3:44
@Chaoslink, in you case maybe you want to rebalance the other things of the game better (such as technologies ammount of science requirement). I mean this if you are looking to match the game callendar in perfection with the scientific discoveries as you mentioned.
SolarFlare1234 8. maj 2018 kl. 8:40
can somebody tell me if this works with Vox Populi, it's the only way towards glorious empire, do it for the Romans man
FelpsMDias 22. feb. 2018 kl. 13:24
Runtime Error, please help I nedd this mod
Scotty Fox 1. okt. 2017 kl. 6:59
Chaoslink, edit the xml file from the mod. I normally edit mods to fit my settings personally.
Chaoslink 1. juni 2017 kl. 9:40
Dunno if you're still working on mods like this, but it seems many peolpe who use or like this mod want a bit of customization. Personally I do't mind the happiness and culture changes but having science not be affected is getting tiring. I find myself hopping out of medieval before BC turns to AD... Possible to make some other versions enabling or disabling varied features for better control of these things?
jonas.nur.jonas 23. apr. 2017 kl. 5:10
I am looking for a mod that reduces the scaling costs of policies and techs instead of completely removing them. Can anyone make a suggestion?
Civmaster54 30. aug. 2016 kl. 12:36
for some reason this screws with the Enhanced User interphase mod....
twitchypaper 16. aug. 2016 kl. 0:41
can you just make the mod only take out unhappiness?
Proterragon 29. juli 2016 kl. 16:54
Mod wont download...do you have a manual download link?
Civmaster54 29. juli 2016 kl. 8:57
Compatible with CBP?
Digitaltomato 8. juli 2016 kl. 14:31

The Rusted Knight 28. juni 2016 kl. 20:43
Dose this mod work with other civilization mods, or any other type of mod
coltraine.jazzbox 23. juni 2016 kl. 14:44
The mod doesn't work for me. I don't get a error report or something liek that either. Do you have any idea about common prblems with the mod?
Breadboi 5. maj 2016 kl. 19:03
Is there a mod that only removes number of cities unhappiness?
ScrambieBambie 16. jan. 2016 kl. 11:24
TopPanel.lua brakes compatibility with Diplomatic Options Civ IV...to bad.
Mr New Vegas 27. dec. 2015 kl. 10:15
this mod probably works great with the one that allows you to put cities next to eachother :)
Mitt Romney 23. dec. 2015 kl. 12:55
It is not showing up in the Mods list?
andrew6637 23. nov. 2015 kl. 13:57
Holy fucking shit, I am so stupid. The reason why it showed nothing at all was because I didn't settle the city yet.
ChaffyExpert 12. nov. 2015 kl. 13:51
oh this mod, along with egreesive and expansionist AI and closer cities mod, work like wonderfully, AI actually use the closer cities advantage, and the high happiness of this mod. works perfectly.
Civitar  [ophavsmand] 12. nov. 2015 kl. 9:05
Looking into Cosar's Closer Cities mod, the way to mod this is through a simple Defines entry like the ones I use in this mod - which I must have missed despite looking for it when making this mod.
ChaffyExpert 11. nov. 2015 kl. 14:23
dont worry about it, there is aperantly alot of mods where you can settled 1-2 tiles away from another city which work with this mod.
Civitar  [ophavsmand] 11. nov. 2015 kl. 0:02
@Traror: I looked into doing that for this mod, but IIRC that couldn't be modded with SQL.
ChaffyExpert 10. nov. 2015 kl. 14:27
@andrew6637 wow, someone is needy..
ChaffyExpert 10. nov. 2015 kl. 14:14
could you make this, or a mod, where you dont have to settle 4 tiles away from another city,
Civitar  [ophavsmand] 19. okt. 2015 kl. 11:09
Yes, EUI will definitely break this mod as they both modify TopPanel.lua.
I don't have EUI, so I can't be certain, but it seems possible that it affects the way I made the numbers changes as well.
Peachy 19. okt. 2015 kl. 9:40
EUI is enabled on my game is there something wrong with that?:steamhappy:
Civitar  [ophavsmand] 19. okt. 2015 kl. 1:24
Dude, I would normally have fixed this by now but as I said before real life has been getting in the way of modding in some pretty major ways.
It is, by the way, entirely possible for YOU to make edits to the mod files if it's such a big deal.
Luna 15. okt. 2015 kl. 15:06
@andrew6637 holy shit Andrew shut up already, it's not like you'll die without having this right now.
Peachy 4. okt. 2015 kl. 7:15
