i need the console command to spawn the book. i had a bug where when i picked up the book it despawned from my inventory and i have no way of getting it back

The book dosen't seem to appear when using Open Cities mod..Had to disable it to make book appear.

If there are other Mods installed, pls check the Mod loadorder. And the regions (eg Whiterun) has to be reloaded... leaving and reentering should do it.

it is not an enchantment.. it is a spell... so it can not be disenchanted

i have the book now but idk what to do with it do i use it i tryed that and it didnt show as an enchantment i want to the disenchant and not there either so i am lost please help?

For some reason, whenever I fire an arrow, it simply shoots about 15 arrows all in a group, in a very short distance, and does nothing. These arrows paralyze targets, but other than that nothing happens. It has always worked for me before, so any ideas why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance
