This has been fixed, the maintenance is now only 160. Recommended.

Any problem with maintenance? You customize mod to lower it down in real time (in game not in asset editor). Also I can recommend you to switch to different garages for example modular pack is much better than this old garage asset.

Oh wow, I'm looking at the entrances and the sizes of those pillars, if I was driving a long car I'd hate to turn into it! Not an issue for the perfect orderly cim drivers.

Can you make it so it holds 96 Cars please to make it more realistic as it is 3 levels, not 2.

May Subscribe if it gets updated, as it's currently not efficient enough compared to maintenance upkeep.

Great parking garage. I hope you don't mind, I modified it a bit by replacing some of the parking spaces with variable props and trees that change each time the asset grows to add more variety. I of course gave you credit for the original design. If this is a problem, just let me know and I'll remove my version from the Workshop.

I also changed the stats to remove the entertainment effect, which I think makes it behave more like a parking garage and less like a park. I also added color variation so the color changes a bit from white to dark grey each time it's placed.

looks good, but can you add a hotel or a hospital or ahotel next to it? Anyways call it a parking deck because in real life thats what its called. I am not telling you its a bad idea but make it look better by what I told you please.

Same as jack23011, since latest update from Paradox, cars park but counter is set to zero. I've tried to erase and download/install again but fails again. Any help, please?

I'm getting cars parking , almost to capacity but the counter is not working, it is always set to zero. I seem to remember this issues about a month ago but can't find the fix for it and now it looks like alternate versions are being created. Some guidance appreciated. thanks.

The parking lot should generate money per car parked. I think the price is OK if it is possible to get some income from it. Is it possible to make it as a public transportation?

On a side note, I'm finding the price rather high for a mere parking space.

Parking Garage. ;) I believe a 'car park' is a leveled plane to park, not a building. Can be mistaken.

Does anyone know whats the right English word for this asset is? In Germany we say "Parkhaus". Is it car park?

My videos show that it can be used as a true parking garage when placed in the correct location.

Since I didn't create this asset I didn't want to upload a modified version.
But here is how to modify it:
1) Open the subscribed copy in the asset editor.
2) Set the number of visitors to zero. (All wealth levels)
3) Re-save with a new file name, and new description. (This is the part that messes most people up)

To place this so that people will actually park in the garage, place it slightly down-stream of a highly visited location such as a stadium. The Cims seems to prefer to disembark near an intersection. In the video that I made and Bucksmith referenced below, the Cims are forced to disembark with the garage between them and their destination (a bus stop). They wouldn't use a garage on the opposite side of the road for example.

Well, I tried it myself, but it kept messing up when trying to save. I'm doing something wrong and I can't figure it out.

He writes he removed the tag that visitors can visit it, and that makes citizens park there for real.
I can't find his modified version in the workshop, would you care to make one yourself or mind if I fish around and see what I can come up with?

I think it's be sweet if they were stackable to like 4 high, or perhaps could be zoned upon for high-rise construction atop it.
