The difference between a playermodel and ragdoll is that the pm uses a skeleton that must be manually rigged to a new skeleton
Ragdolls use the bones that they had in original game, also allowing for easier faceposing and more versatile than if someone were to spend the ridiculous amount of time to create a new face on a playermodel

Yes there is a solution
Figure out the difference between a playermodel rigged to the valve biped skeleton
And a ragdoll rigged to the skeleton and facebones of the game it came from
And then the answer will be clear

dont focous on ragdolling, different process, i prefer playermodels personally, and i may in the future do ragdolls

try un subbing, and re subbing, could have been an issue with notloading properly before starting a game

@sabrina idk how servers work, but it should just be AOHarley.gma under you addons folder in steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons or somethingg like that
