would love to but working with the editor is too tedious... loading, unloading, assets/mods restarting game repeatedly. you know what i'm talking about. i love the massive parking lot. it crowded enough that it's covering up the handicap parking spot.

your choice of using the 3 spots, 1 with handicap wasn't a good choice... all of course should have been regular except the ones closest to the front...

Yes indeed (for some reason). When disabling the asset garbage trucks, and the metro route builder worked again. Not sure what the correlation was.

Are you sure? I only used vanilla assets in the in-game asset editor. Seems odd the game would break itself.

I can confirm as of the latest version (31/08/2020) this causes issues in game. When having this asset enabled, no garbage trucks spawned from their service building. Also effected creating metro lines.

Its a park. But, if I were you I'd use Parking Lot Roads. Its much better. I made this years before parking lot roads came out.

How does a parking lot work? Does it provide ways for cars to park there and have the cims walk to a destination?

For some reason, it is not letting me place the parking spaces on the lots. Im confused if Im doing something wrong or if this is a glitch.

Yeah, I'll probably have to update it for Snowfall anyways so sometime after the 18th. Unfortunately the reason that there aren't more cars that park at the parking lot is because I hit the max number of props I could place. You have to place invisible props for the cars to park on, some of those props were the regular parking spaces and some were the handicap parking spaces. If you know of a mod that would allow me to increase the number of props I can use in the in game editor then please let me know.

Do you mind making this without so many handicaped spaces? Also that might be why not a lot of cars can park in there.

IceFox I do listen to critics. I didn't have time to get back to your comment prior because I was studying for finals. On that note, I haven't gotten permission to use anyone elses assets to improve the parking lot. Honestly I just used the in game assets to build it. But I will look into this. One other thing that I would like to do is find a way to allow more cars to park in the lot. If you or anyone knows of a mod that would let me to do that, please let me know.

nice done, but why are the half of the lots reserved for handicapped ppl? there are much much too many of these lots with this logo, this destroys the optics

You make a good point, most parking lots in big cities do generate income. I will look into how to do this.

It actually should generate income (if that was even possible) because technically parking lots in cities cost money. I know this is just an asset, but would be cool to charge people to park. (setting up custom price per visit/car)

Property taxes, cost of electricity, parking lot attendant, weakly trash pickup, loan from the bank, filling pot holes. Any number of these are a factor in real life that has to be accounted for in some fashion. I guess if I wanted to make it a little more realistic I could up the maintenance cost haha. In any case, I appreciate the comment and will take your suggestion into consideration.
