It works best as a booster to in game assets. For example you still need a landfill and incinerator but if an area if far away or trash isnt picked up fast enough this is a great way to process that over flow without a ton of pollution. I use it almost every city.

Great! thank you so much for this asset! I don't have Green cities DLC and i need to always empty my landfills and i can't build incineration plant because my city is too small for it and that is very annoying!

Umm besides me not being able to edit it in asset editor without it freezing, Its nice, I was opening to make it as powerful as a incinerator, But without polution, But I guess this kinda balances it?

When i put this building down it doesnt seem to operate even when I turn off my landfill, worked before the update though and was great

@LordCosc I wouldn't mind updating my assets, but I don't have the expansion unfortunately. I'll update them after I have bought it (at some point in time).

These are one of the those assets that I rely on whenever building isolated towns that are far away from main city. It's cost effectiveness and reliable stats ensure no zoned property will be buried under their own garbage. Thank you for this.

@hog_jockey: You only need to unlock garbage buildings, and it should be right next to landfill and incinerator. Also make sure it is enabled in the content manager (should be on by default)

I'm subscribed to this mod and playing Cities: Skylines on OS X 10.9.5, and this building doesn't show up anywhere in any of the building menus. Is there a minimum population required to unlock it?

this is my favorite one. nice graphic, doesn't upset current waste management balance, not incredibly overly noisy, but still honestly very noisy... it works, uses water, is cheap and distribute-able — all around great recycling plant.

This is perfect. Now I can have recycling centers inside my cities and not just outside. I will return for the review of this when I tested it.

Thank you I really like this building. I just wish it was a little bigger so it would stand out more in the city. It doesn't seem right that it is smaller than a 4x4 low density house.

@roberto: According to the author of that one, it seems that it does not actually sell any material. It is just that the operating cost is lower.

you need to have a power production, even if it is just like 1kW otherwise it will not use the garbage reserve and act as a landfill instead. the game uses the reserve as a fuel for the energy, if there is no drain, the fuel doesnt deplete. great model though.
