This is a 3x4 building, insanely annoying that the footprint, or whatever it's called, is 3x4 when the building fits on a 3x3 plot.

You forgot to add markings for the parking lot, so cars wont park. Also pls remove the solar cells on top of roof, is kinda silly on industrial building like this.
