Q Menu > Entities Tab > Editors > Sky Editor. Then RMB in the context menu ("C" key).

@Mighty Lucky Goat Sure, you won't be jailed for that. :) I only wanted to say the map is very simple, and this isn't what some people may be looking for.

@Silly I know you mean to make a second version. Well... I'm not sure whether it is necessary. Personally, I use it for coding, so I don't care what's around :)

@Silly I can but, firstly, lighting increases the size to 120 KB (it's 6 times more), and secondly, you won't have everything lit equally, i.e. you will have shades everywhere. I think a blank map should be as simple as possible.
