No worries. It wasn't a game breaking issue or anything, just didn't look right and that is what made me go check the log. I found a ton of other peoples assets with missing props and some that wouldn't work at all. I tried to notify as many as I could.

I am not a modeler/coder so if it is just a little thing that helps the community then I will still do my part when possible.

I added them to the "required items" list on the right-hand side of this page because they seem to have added that. I think the dependency issue might have come up thanks to a patch because nobody's had trouble with it before, but it's all fixed now.

I did find them, but it might be helpful to include the link in the description for people not as 'Workshop Savvy' as others.

If you subscribe to the my collection, or look at the other items in my workshop, you'll very quickly find them.

Delmun corporation is a Chaebol, or conglomerate. There are no higher levels (it's also a reference to my vaporware Hell Diary)

When you're making an asset, you need to first choose a template. If it's high density, it'll show up on a high density zone. If it's a park, it shows up in parks. You can specify lot size through the properties panel, like any other item.

Looks nice! I have some questions though - how exactly do we specify the level or low/high density? Is it something to do with lot size?
