I found the problem. He's wearing the easy rider outfit by another author. That person also altered the head darkening the beard and put a tattoo on his neck. Although they don't really specify this in their description. Sorry about this.

1st ... it works....you are most likely experiencing is mod conflict.
either uncheck or remove other addons that conflict and problem will be resolved.

This isn't working. The beard is heavier, but the damaged eye isn't showing up. Is this because I'm using other head replacement mods for other characters? It's the only thing I can't think of. Particularly the eyes being shared by other player characters? For instance Francise and Louis share the same eye textures. Either way, the damaged eye part is not working at all.
