BTW I need it so I can place it in one of the districts in my realistic build of a city https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Kr0ipT_Vu0 It allows me to optimize on building blocks place them precisely no adjusting to the blocks

@Leonards, you can find RICO 1-464 in my workshop, one difference - has 3 and 4 entrances.

Here is a mod that let's you control the level up of buildings, so pretty much what we're looking for :)

Great models, I am happy to see someone is dedicating work to create Sowjet themed assets.
One remark: Could you add at least short english descriptions to the models ingame? Sadly, I don't speak or read russian, so it's hard to quickly find the building I want to place ingame.

Damn, someone really needs to hurry up and make a mod so we can plop any building down how we please.

You should try some UK style apartment blocks out, i can send u some pictures if you want some inspiration.

Seb, no, what about II-57 - with it only bulldozer helps. But... you can resave it with different names in Asset Editor once or twice (or more, well) , and in game it will spawned more often. :D

Seb, just in game has not default buildings 4x2, so when you create zone 4x2 - only this buildings spawn here.

Instant subscribe. Mate your sick at this, how have you got the buildings in a row like that? Did you just demolish/rebuild till you got lucky or do you have an actual mod that makes residential buildings ploppable?
