I can make my city look like it got taken over by the Combine. This looks great!

Yeah this isn't the exact size of the citadel but with the map size I would see why it is smaller then the average combine citadel.

Fuck! looks like i wasted like 2 hours of my lifetime making one out of that tall building, and just to come find out there is a better version and it is free! Damn, life can be a pain in the ass sometimes.
