@Canuckistan Dan - have you tried un-subscribing and then re-subbing? I recently updated the scenario with some fixes, it's possible you tried to run it mid-update or something.

Unable to launch, missing some files due to them not esisting? I have TEI installed and CBA, other scenarios work including your previous one, but not this one
