This is very old stuff that isnt supported by me anymore. I have started to entirely rework the building to its actuall size ( 5x4) a long time ago but that is more or less canceled too.

Any plans of converting this, now that cornerbuildings are something you've been dabbling with? :)

This is awesome, thanks! Looks just like one of the buildings here in Providence.

Please more buildings like this. Great and historic buildings for a realistic downtown...theater, cinemas, residential houses...this one is marvelous

Fits excellent on a roundabout and looks awesome. I don't understand why the high noise level. I like it in residential areas.

Excelent, I love NYC buildings. As a solution to making the non-plop version, what about giving it only one facade, and putting the lot line walls on opposite ends instead of square to each other? The only new side would be the rear. There simply aren't enough buildnigs which push up to the lotline so it would be a great addition.

Really well done! I love your work and I'd like to see more of it. May can I ask if you are a fan of the New York City history?

You should just make it groweable, and if it doesn't grow on a corner, or doesn't look good it can be deleted. Thanks for the model, looks great.
