@sonti I don't play this game any more really, and I don't own AD to fix any issues might appear in it. Just remove this mod if it doesn't work any more, sorry!

I agree with Brancki and SuperSizeMe. The building will fit into the game very well, but towards a perfect look adding security cameras instead of the billboard and weathering the roof would go a long way.

It is a growable. It has whatever stats were the default for a commercial building.

If you don't want the billboard there, it's very easily removed!
