i never installed any pollution color mod and i never had purple pollution, but i have brown (i only play the game since months).
The only explicaton is that they changed the color in the base game, so no more mods needed.

Fixed it by installing another version, i might have had an older version installed. thx for the mod though

Just wanna let you know, when I zoom out of areas with normally purple pollution the building dissapear

After installing/enabling a modified version of this mod and then re-installing this mod, it seems to be working now...

Not working. So far, none of the mods in this series are working for me. Yes, I turned them on and am well aware of how to use mods in this game.

This mod still works whether it's a new city or an old city. Maybe try turning it on at the content manager. For me, it didn't work at first but then, it was turned off.

And by disablying all mods i meant. I disabled all other except "No Purple grass" mod,.

This mod doesn`t work. ( And i have enabled it ) I have tried restarting the game, even did a full restart to the pc. Disabling all mods. And no luck...

I have tried eveything,and can not get this MOD to work. Any thoughts?

fuck yes! i have been searching for this mod for a long time! finally found it!

I subscribed to this mod and the No More Purple Pollution [Brown Water] mod, then unsubscribed to them both and now my water treatment plants don't put out any color for the pollution they generate, the water comes out as normal water! And drainage pipes generate water that is colored purple (default) when I zoom out, but when I zoom in the color of the polluted water is Brown Water because of your mod. What the heck do I do to fix this!?!?!?

@Just the dude However, I knew he must be stopped, so I left Townsville in pursuit of this man. I walked roughly 1337 miles before encountering more purple smog and there I saw him, standing on top of a childs corpse... modding him. Just the thought triggers me right this very second. I ran over with my modding tools and there we stood, in a mod off. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. I hacked his html5 and he did the same, it was roughly a 5 hour mod war also known as a hack off. We hack off each other fore 5 hours then after we finished at the same time, he fell. There I stood, looking at the corpse of my best friend who I hacked off for 5 hours until completion. It was over, I created this account and made this mod to fix the horrors he created. So "Just the dude", who is paranoid now....

@Just a dude listen hear m8. I'm not complaining, i'm aiding the public on the devious and evil mod known as Do the Dew aka Jeffery Jimmybuns. Growing up as a child Jimmy and I wanted to change the world, we created all sorts of mods from sticks and grass. Then thats when it changed, i noticed after we created the mod known as Mr. Blue Sky he started to change. His dark desire grew as well as his skill and he started modding people. Next thing I know Jimmy is gone, and my whole town was covered in purple smog. When I went to the mayor of Townsville and asked him what was going on he only replied, "Beep Boop Soilder, Beep Boop". I knew that this was Jimmies doing, I knew he must be stopped. So I gathered my modding sticks and grass and other previous mods I created to fight my best friend. See "Just a dude", modding is a great skill that comes with great responsibility. Jimmy chose the side of darkness....

@rimu Currently the pollution fog intensity variable doesn't have a setter for the initializer which I have not found a way to get around yet. I will include information about how the getters and setters work within the games code when I post a guide for people to make their own terrain mods sometime in the near future.

@rimu It could be the brown pollution haze you're noticing. I haven't found a way to disable it yet, however I may be able to sometime in the future. If you zoom out and notice brown, but notice none on the grass it is working as intentioned.

sorry, but after reload its still Brown Grass, btw I use the save that was used Brown Grass, and if I disable this mod, it will back to purple.

@rimu, If you press f4 it reloads your active mods. That might reset the color.

Didnt work, I use No More Purple Pollution (Brown Grass) before, its work good, but I am not really like brown so I change to this mod, uninstall Brown Grass ,but Its still keep Brown Grass when I enable this mod

I am planning on releasing a guide for people to make their own terrain mods soon. It will allow people more flexibility for those who want to customize their game. I don't know when I'll be able to write the guide because I am quite busy with university right now. By Friday I should have posted it, either on steam as a guide or on the cities skylines modding subreddit. I will link to the guide on in the mod descriptions once I post it.
