It could automatically build into commercial areas just for show.

Really cool addon, suprised it could be done so quickly and not be in the game, seems like it would really free up traffic

Why wouldnt it be ploppable? And yes, CiMs will park their cars and visit the 'ticket booth' to full up the car park.
