@Cracky I've never really looked into the effect that land value has on industry, but I think that a higher land value always means more taxes. That's the way it works for residential, commercial, and (importantly) offices. Offices are basically industry but for educated workers, so I figure that if it raises tax income for offices it likely does so for industry.

@shna_na ah okay good to know. but does it make sense to raise the land value for green industry because they cant level up? will they pay more taxes?

@Cracky It depends on the type of industry, polluting ingustry (generic industry, ore, and oil) are too polluted for land vlaue to rise at all. Green industry (forestry and argiculture) on the other hand can have an increased land value.

Not sure if he's shared them but I saw on one of Quill18's vids that he'd made some car parks and storage lots for industrial areas. Might be worth a look!

@craigmon Not a problem :) I plan to make more parks like this, such as parking lots and suchlike.
