@ kingeric, Thank you, thats exactly what I wanted. I'm not into min/max grid cities and this was my attempt at an asthetic fix for those pesky small areas you get when curving roads.

towering and fancy modern cities are fine and all, but a few of us like building dirty industrial cities and this is much needed realism.

Nicely done. As a side... how is it this provides any kind of entertainment? I don't mean as a game stat... just ingeneral. Unless of you're trying to occupy the time of homeless people by giving them a place to rummage for stuff.

Looks good, it might be nice to have some of the stats such as cost, bonuses and where people can find in game on this page.
