It's pretty expensive for a parking lot tbh. 16 (whatever the currency is) upkeep, considering a lot of other parking lots are only 2 and below, if at all. I mean this thing has advertising. In real life it'd be making me money as the advertiser would be paying for that space.

@Epic Dump, it's because it's a park type asset. There us a mod to remove seagulls.

Ok, i really like this mod, but dammit man, what's up with those birds?
Why are birds on parking and flying above it? It's so noisy that i rarely stay in front of parkings.
Please remove the birds.

Looks good, it might be nice to have some of the stats such as cost, bonuses and where people can find it in game on this page and if its a growable please list the zone and level it belongs. What happiness bonus does this give? I dont want it to be overpowered... maybe a small radius and small effect would be best.

It is just a trigger placed with the object editor. There is nothing to do for you. Place the parking lot inside your city and it will work fine.

What do you mean "special Trigger"? Do I have to activate it?

Yes, there are special trigger where they can park their cars.
