@Lumous This map was made over 5 years ago before the game launched (I had access early) so it may not be the best made ever for that reason. Also because it's so long a go I don't have any of the date any more.

Belannaer you have made one critical error when importing the height map here. When importing a height map to the game's editor, it should be imported as 1:1 scale. This map has not been imported as 1:1 scale as the width doesn't match the height. Before importing a height map it should be cropped down to 1:1 scale. By any chance you would want to email me the height map so I could fix it?

The heightmap cannot be real.

The map is not correct. Vertical scale is too long compared to horizontal scale!

It looks nice when zoomed out really far, but the map feels very artificial when you play at normal zoom.

I visit this city 3-5 times a week... with 25,25m long car hauler XD delivering cars to the local dealers and making a havoc on the streets with the hauler :-P Good work!!

Vary good map, but the highways placement is lazy

While the map itself is very nice, you really have to take a look at the water flow for the starting area. There's only a small part of the starting area that allows poop water to flow out. Anywhere else makes the water flows inland which is quite a big nope. Make sure to fix this in v2!

Tried the map and when I begun to build Pitkäsilta as my first road, I noticed, that the Sörnäisten rantatie was going way too west. :( Othervise it looked good.

how u import heightmaps? or u just have heightmaps as guideline and modelling eachy hill& coast by ur own?

Well for what it's worth the currents around Helsinki are rather tame, even tho it seems the one at mid-east (The river that goes north) seems to be flowing upstream. But that's pretty much all I can think of.

He probably didn't think to toss a water point source into the ocean somewhere. Does that cause currents to happen?

Seems like all the water is stagnant except for a very small pool in the starting area.
