There is a small room behind the cells near the start area, and one near the dog area, but the rest are flat. If I can stop messing things up then I'll have prisoners in there eventually

They used a flat texture in Wolf 3D but Doom 2 didn't have that texture. I assume he just forgot or something.

Yeah I had doors at first but stuff like that are prone to net-related bugs (and the more meshes in package, the longer the loading time) so I decided to wait on that.
