It does seem strange to me that steam would ban your original character design... there are plenty of other mods people have made out there for other games that are way more... anatomically detailed than what I saw of your original design. It's a pity that you had to change it for something so trivial.

@Killer Goblin Yes, I forgot about that. Removing the sanity loss would have made more sense.
I am glad you still like the character.

This has become my favorite 3rd party character, but one thing, she seems to be meant to eat morsels raw, as they heal her, but why does it cause a sanity drain as it seems "normal" for her, and (at least by my theroy) the reason raw meat casues sanity loss is because it's unsettling to eat it raw to the other "civilized" characters who lived all their lives with cooked meat.

hello i tjink theres more things wrong than just her blow dart her charecter keeps setting on fire for no reason and my hunger says 100 but lookes empty idk what to do someone help it wont met me move

Wasn't able to craft her primal blow dart in a game tonight. She went through all the motions but in the end didn't create anything and no resources were used. Probably some weird interaction with another mod?

i know your busy with your job but if posible can you make her glow maybe?? but still is great

Awesome fun character to play with friends, one problem... I'm unable to craft her Blow dart, is this maybe a bug just for online?

Yeah I agree, she needs more complete dialog, or at least use Wolfgang's as filler since Wilson's generally sound much too intellectual. Also, the crashing, I played this character once and had a lot of fun, but unfortunately ROG came shortly after and with that, my game had severe crashing problems until I disabled older mods. I do hope you could make her work with ROG though, she was fun!

Hum, maybe I'll take a look at the mod to see if I can make it work properly again. But I am a little bit busy with my job.

I love this, it's so well-made that I thought it was an official character. No other legit character I've played is as hard to kill, overall. Even though she's weak against cold, her blow dart makes finding food in winter MUCH easier. She also absorbs damage surprisingly well. Tentacles usually OHKO other low health chars without armor, but earlier today I was playing Effie and she survived THREE hits while wearing just a hat. Very nicely balanced; her perks are useful and her weaknesses aren't totally crippling.

I do wish she had more diagloue, though. She could be a funny & interesting character, but after a while all the "Rawr?" stuff gets annoying and makes her seem a bit dumb. And since ROG was released I've been having a lot of crash issues while playing Effie, unfortunately. I think this is caused mostly by other mods being combined with Effie, but I have to disable damn near every other mod to get it to work now. :(

I think shes cute and i love her , but i have found a bug when she dies and is brought back her passive movement speed goes away

Move speed is fine. Would be nice to see voice lines finished though, it's awkward when she suddenly uses one of Wilson's more elequent lines to describe an item.

well, its the frequency she shoots the darts related to the extreme damage of one blow dart, maybe change the shooting speed?! :)

She is OP indeed. Maybe I'll make it so you can choice between 2 lvl of difficulty...

Is there going to be a single player port? Effie is by far my favorite DST character but i would love to see her in Singleplayer don't starve :-)
