Found the cause. It's from the nextbot health bars addon, a bunch of people are commenting about it in a group discussion. Apparently it gives you the infamous "squidbrothers porno jumpscare" or something along the lines of that, the screamer is also in a few other addons. I had mods installed but i didnt really worry about using them, and i just kept them installed to save time.

Sounds like you downloaded some bad addons beforehand.

This map has not been updated since 2014, so its not a problem with this map, but one or more of your addons, probably from the recent thing going around earlier this year.

When i opened this map, i was given a goatse-like screamer with a bunch of disgusting images, and some text i couldn't really read because i was too busy turning off GMOD. Anyone know what this is from?
