So. Popcap and Resources is default. Ty

Popcap= maximum units on the field that you can have. Base rate is 100. For resource rate, 1.0 is the standard default and if you increased that by half, your resource rate would be 1.5.

Popcap and resource rate? In game screenshots are a must, so you failed on that front.
