I took over West Brom in the championship (its 2020) - I have gone the first 20 games of my reign unbeaten with this formation- this is with the patch 15.3

Hey mate, been using this for quite a few matches and some of my own situational changes. U wont believe the scorelines and the games i won! best ones were 8-0 against Bayer and 5-0 against psg. THX!

Yes, but first 10 matches i used a tactic i had downloaded. But this one should work fine first season. I did it well first season. 3rd place in PL :)

I use OI most of the time, but use advise from the Assistant Manager.

If you want the tactic, you have to subscribe to it. Then activate it in Football Manager.

Not bad team you got there! i just got appointed at England manager now, won my first two matches (3-4-1-2 v2.0) 5-0 vs Norway and 6-1 vs Malta. Gonna upload and make a more informative post on sigames and fmbase later today.
