love this thing, its the coolest turret out there and one of the best if you wanna make a destroyer with your buds
but i gotta say dude that the HUD and effect of the HUD makes it so i cant see squat, can you either make another minotaur turret in the mod that has no HUD, similar to the no AI turret, the HUD's main look is fantastic, you did an AMAZING job, its just the camera looks like its been sitting in the snow for years and you cant really scrape all that frost off

how can i reduce the damage? I like this weapon but i dont think it should be able to chunk out a 3x3x3 of pure light armor. all other weapons cant even compare. especially for its semi-small size

@Darth Biomech would it be ok if i updated this weapon and included it into a combat overhaul mod i have going? full credit given and can add it into the in game description aswell if you would be cool with it :)

Thanks for nice cannon. Minotaur cannon is probablyt the best one avaliable for SE.

Issues I noticed:
- Strangely enough during construction it is 'purple'
- Ammo is not displayed in SE toolbox (Sniper rounds are displayed without issues)

The ammo is literally called 'Minotaur Cannon Shells'. The image in the production menu looks like a square ammo box.

Hi there. :) I haven't tried the mod recently (as I haven't been playing Space Enginners for a fair bit), but if you haven't made any balance changes, I suggest doubling the A.I. tracking distance, so that the guns can make inaccurate volley fire (like a flak barrage). I text-edited the mission file to manually increase the range beyond the maximum at one point, and it was...interesting. :)

Keen made more undocumented changes to weapons.sbc. BurstFireRate is now ShotsInBurst, and a new definition for ReloadTime has been added (lack of it produces instant reload).

I am geniunely thought that the bug is, as usual, beyond modder's ability to fix it. What stopped you from saying here in the comments that this is actually fixable, like Seff did?

sad that someone has to reupload your mod with a fix for you to notice and want to fix it when you yourself made coments on how you knew it was broken but took no steps to fix it yourself

@Darth/The Witch: The re-upload includes a fix for the reload bug that was introduced recently. Rocket Turret-based weapons now include an entry in weapons.sbc for BurstFireRate. This defines the number of shots they fire in a burst. Any Rocket-Turret based weapon fires one shot and then breaks if it lacks this definition.
