Even going into singleplayer gives you roughly 50 fps at bazaar with mcore enabled.
But if you're going to be making the map even half as big as paralake you're going to want to cease using as many brushes as possible and focus on the basic layout of the map, building placement, roads and eventually the size you want the map to be.
