I found what might be another problem. Vehicles and anti tank guns can cross the river into the northern sectors of the map. Only smaller units can. Not sure if this is what you wanted or not.

Well i'm not sure but seems that change some rules in game and that building cann't be garrisoned.I removed that and place 2 big buildings.

There's a bug since the British got released where the biggest building in town can no longer be garrisoned. This is even before the area has seen any battle.
