@Medic Probably the workshop is s*hit nowdays. Yesterday a mod didn't download after i subbed to it. Just try again after a few minutes/hours... Also available at l4dmaps.com and honestly the addons what u drag and drop to the addons folder are always more stable than the workshop mods.
