If anyone makes their own additions to work with this addon, could I get some of those files, please? Maybe post them on the workshop? I'd love to have more models for this, as I can't create anything myself....

Can you add a model of a Gentex SHG24-HWR with the sound for it too, it would look good in this one school map. also maybe add a american brand pull station one day in the future.

If you would like to make your own models, I can help you implement them. It's a fairly easy process as I intended for people to make their own additions if they want!

Hello, me and my mate are considering making 3d model of actual fire alarm brands as we are fire alarm enthusiasts we can make some fire panels and detectors and call points for this mod if you'd like, let us know (These models are fairly realistic)

The reset key is required to reset a sounder prior to resetting the panel. This is how fire alarms work in the real works, the addon is not broken.

This mod is broken AF. When there's a fire and clear it, when I tried to reset the panel, it does not reset. The alarms keep going and I can't stop the sound unless I undo the sounders.:steamsad:

this mod is really good, i don't think its actually in development any more but i have found a way to add custom sounds to the alarms, all you need is a simple MP3 File of it, make sure its long because if its a few seconds it will just stop even tho the alarm isn't reset,

I'll upload a video if anyone wants me to, have managed to get Apollo Evacutation tone and hochiki Alternating and gent warble,

simply go SteamLibary - SteamApps - common - GarrysMod - garrysmod - sound, if there isn't a sound folder, simply make a new one and name it just lower case "sound" and then put your mp3 files in there, after that go in game

hold c and select the sounder, on the sound part, delete all the writing in there then paste the name of you're mp3 file and .mp3 on the end and bam it should set to that,
