@Kêitan 👻 You will need to subscribe to this addon: CSS Weapons on M9K Base
If you are subscribed to a CSS Weapon Addon you should be able to spawn the CSS granade with the skin. Just spawn a normal CSS Nade and the skin should be applied automatically.
