why do i see purple stuff when i shoot

this mod causes the game to engine error which makes no sense because i keep crashing everytime spitter spits for some reason and its 100% crashes the game

It's very strange. I subscribed to a weapon mod that does not require this mod (at least the author did not indicate the necessity of this mod), but the console still has a lot of errors about particle effects. Every time I switch to the main weapon, it will appear

Note: Disable or Delete this MOD when you're playing in CUSTOM ADD ONS. Some Maps will be just fine BUT some Maps will CRASH YOUR GAME. I used this Mod in DAYBREAK MAP 3 it always crashes but when I disable it, nothing happened!

this is special required particles for certain guns
still working just fine for me, I guess I don't need the other variations
got some new guns recently and the console was a hot mess
after suddenly remembering this and getting it the console was cleaned

Never crashed because of this mod while playing over a hundred of custom campaigns with a lot of other mods and maxed out graphics (I have a video of every campaign I have played if you do not believe me. The weapon mods I used had the muzzle effects from this mod — I added them to every weapon myself), but sure did because of high-poly models of certain weapon mods that were not optimised yet (like the HQ G3). As a modder myself, I do not understand how a mod that only adds support for visual effects and does nothing on its own if you do not have a weapon mod that uses the effects from this mod can cause crashes for some people
Please, do not take my message as an offence, but a tiny particles mod just cannot make the game crash as if it was overloaded with tons of very heavy models (over 16,000 vertices per SMD/64,000 per MDL) or oversized textures (over 4K). Possibly there is more to it than just this tiny mod

i have this mod installed for only a week and noticed a very peculiar times when my game Force Closes most of the time, i've always wondered if it was just my pc being such a shitty build but no, when i try spending HOURS removing 1 mod and try a game every time, this mod was the only one that made my game stopped crashing after Disabling, Outdated as hell and ruins your game.

I don't know how about a million people is blind and can't see this mod works only with about a 10 old weapon mods that cared enough to make special particle effects for them
