There's always the version on GameMaps.com as well. That one's packaged into one large VPK:

Should be compatible with the Workshop version as there are no differences file-wise between the two. Maybe this might work if nothing else

Hmm.. honestly I'm not sure what the deal is then.
With how many people are subscribed to this campaign, there would surely be *many* more complaints about crashing if it were a universal issue.
If it's not a mod conflict, the only thing I could suggest is to validate your L4D2 cache. Maybe something in your base game files got wonky?

this part crashes with or without other mods. if i can't play the whole campaign. i won't play it. sorry.

You have a mod conflicting with the campaign. Disable some and try it again. This campaign doesn't have a custom Tank model so idk what else would be causing that. Also, if that doesn't work, try setting sv_consistency to 0 on the server
