The map was made without custom textures, only Half-Life 2.

alot of the animations sequences do not happen

MasterAntlion it can be because of many many texture change addons, try disabling all addons but city6 story and than play, it requires no other addons.

All of them except for City6Industrial use the default hl2 textures. Verify game cache?

At the end of the map, where you see that combine officer typing on that console when above the vent, how did you get him to do that typing animation?
