No, because I have zero experience with ragdolls, you can check my other addons for the SFM train though.

The map doesn't load in gmod because it has too many entities. I won't edit the map and/or upload it to the workshop. You just gotta live with that.

The map is gm_mountainside and the icicles are from cp_snowplow as well, they don't belong to the train though.
