@Nomoremars I've added Settings For Big Contraptions section in the description that should help you.

In short, you'll have to compromise. Lower your Physics FPS to keep vanilla real-time performance and increase your Slow Motion Scaling to still get good physics accuracy while in slow motion. This way you get the benefits of the mod only in slow motion, not in real time. You can test values in-between to find what works for you.
