I visited VeRA in April, she had her horizontal stabilisers and vertical tails removed, rear boom strapped down to a couple concrete blocks so she doesn't nose over, full maintenance for the 2025 summer flying season.

Then saw the UK Lanc at RIAT in July, and flying over my house a few weeks after!
