@Saph Everything is already documented in the changelog.

I will add a recipe back to the stonecutter's table for those not using Epochs and/or Outland. That slipped my mind, sorry about that.

Please also add a recipe back to stone cutting table. Crafting spot is 50% speed and clay brick making process is already taking a crap load of time.

The mod updated for me today and I can't find where to craft unfired bricks anymore. It also removed everything from build menu, and I can't tell if things are under ceramics research or not anymore. Please add patch notes what you've changed.

@QOMRADEQUEER No worries! Glad I could point it out.

And you know what, I've messed around with Rimworld art before and I'm pretty competent with a vector graphics program, (which is what Oskar uses for vanilla expanded art) and I'd be willing to throw my hat in the ring if you want to give it a shot. Add me on steam if you're interested and we can go from there!

@ComradeKai Oof! Sorry about the storage issue. I'll attempt to get a small fix out today. Can't believe I overlooked that!

I hope to eventually find an artist who'd love to collaborate on EB (and EW2, etc).

New update is great! I am having one issue though, unfired bricks don't appear in any storage menus, which means they can't be put in a stockpile or other storage before firing.

Also, the kiln textures from the original Ceramics mod are kinda... bad not gonna lie. I think I'll try using Outland Core and cherry picking out the things I don't want from it.

The latest update might make current saves a little wonky due to changes in how patches are handled. This should not break any save games, but you may lose some resources.

@UncleRippu Let me know if you still encounter issues.

@ComradeKai Thanks! There are a couple mods I am looking into regarding additional firing processes. I'll look into Campfire Stews.

@UncleRippu Your player.log is located at: %appdata%/LocalLow/Ludeon Studios/RimWorld by Ludeon Studios

To provide a useful player.log, you will want to load your complete modlist (the one that crashed when you added Expanded Brickworks to it) and repeat the crash process so that the issue is captured by the log. Then you can upload your log to something like pastebin and provide a link.

Love this mod, you should consider adding compatibility with the clay cooking pots from Campfire Stews, I'd love to be able to fire them in the pit kilns with the other ceramics!

I know, but I mean you can't add it mid-save because it'll make the game clear the mods youre currently using due to an error. I'm not implying that it deletes saved modlists from the save/load modlist buttons in the modd menu.

I mean if your modlist is wiped then you can just get it from any of your saved games

no idea how to get the player log, but i do use a mod that relies on outland; primarily the furniture addon. i also use the terrain mod but that doesnt rely on core

@UncleRippu Hm. If you could send me your player.log I might be able to track down the issue. Are you using any other mods which rely on Outland - Core or Epochs?

@UncleRippu Sounds like some sort conflict with another mod, which is strange as I don't really touch anything which should cause that. Are you using Expanded Brickworks alongside Outland - Core or Epochs - Pottery, or both?

it would appear trying to add this mod mid-save causes the game to wipe your modlist because of "incompatible or corrupted mods". so uhhh... watch our for that.
