I downloaded steam version for checking this weird tv filter on my face no its not there in steam version if you call steam version a original. Theres no tv static filter on face or anything similar at all.

I never played original. My opinion its same its stupidly hard to find the way. And I already know entire layout of this map thanks to 100th Never Lose Hope hospital used for horror.

Voice acting? Like kleiner's animations without sound? And what this tv filter shit I got epilepsy. Theres no better alternative to this filter? After filter it become unplayable.

I saw the comparison between the standalone and this one. It's alright, still playable. There are a few asset swaps but it's okay.
Beside, this mod speaks quality. The voice acting is A+.
