If Developer doesn't add original regions to the country, I can't. However, I've created a territory mod. Check out my Steam Workshop. You can play as Pakistan with a region in China, but the laws and political parties are similar to Pakistan's political system.

There are no officially added regions of Taiwan or Taiwan itself; this is my fiction. Only this region was "free" and most suitable for adding Taiwan's parliament to some small extent.
